In the second decade of this century humanity began to shift to the third industrial revolution. That shift happened too fast within two decades. So a majority of people from the working class didn't have time to prepare for the fact that global production is moving from factories into homes by using smart software, home robotics and home 3d printers.

Those who could survive such a drastic shift and be a part of the new industrial revolution, were only people who knew how to operate new hardware and software: the best software developers, technicians and most talented entrepreneurs.
